Return/Exchange Policy And Terms and Conditions

GRINGA'S CLOSET / VINTAGE ITEMS
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED ON GRINGA'S CLOSET OR VINTAGE ITEMS - ALL THESE SALES ARE FINAL - NO EXCEPTIONS.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

  • Returns on PRE-ORDER items are accepted for store credit ONLY. All returns must be back to our storefront within 30 days of the date received
  • Please ship return items to P.O BOX 473 HICO, TX 76457 BE SURE to include in your package; your merchandise receipt or a separate note with your order # and the words "store credit" or let us know via email: sales@westerngringa.com. Store credit total includes; price of the item itself AND sales tax. BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING.
  • We will provide store credit to you via discount code to your email after we have received your exchange.

 IN-STOCK ITEMS:

  • Returns on IN-STOCK items are accepted for store credit OR exchange ONLY. All returns must be back to our storefront within 30 days of the date received
  • Please ship return items to P.O BOX 473 HICO, TX 76457BE SURE to include in your package; your merchandise receipt or a separate note with your order # and the words "store credit" OR "exchange for size (enter desired size here)" or let us know via email: sales@westerngringa.com. Store credit total includes; price of the item itself AND sales tax. BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING.
  • We will provide store credit via discount code to your email after we have received your exchange.
  • REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES: items must be in NEW condition WITH ALL TAGS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you and your card will be charged in order to pay shipping to ship the item(s) back to you

ADDITONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • IF THERE IS AN ERROR ON OUR BEHALF: send back item(s) with merchandise receipt or leave a note with your order # and the correct size you need for exchange, then email us a photo of the SHIPPING receipt and we will return this amount to your card and send out the correct item(s) as soon as we receive your package
  • Western Gringa is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier customer service team you selected at check out so they can assist you
  •  All PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE ordered online is given a estimated delivery time, shown on each product page. Because of possible production issues, delivery time is subject to change at anytime. Therefore, the estimated delivery time is allotted an additional 4 weeks on top of the estimated delivery time shown on the product page. i.e. ("Cowboy slip dress" pre-order delivery time: 8 weeks is subject to change by this term to an additional 4 weeks , therefore the total delivery time could be a maximum of 12 weeks)
