Return/Exchange Policy

VINTAGE ITEMS
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON VINTAGE ITEMS - ALL THESE SALES ARE FINAL - NO EXCEPTIONS.
NEW ITEMS
  • Returns are accepted for store credit/exchange only. All returns must be back to our storefront within 30 days of the date received
  • Please ship return items to P.O. Box 801 Leakey, TX 78873
  • BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING UNLESS IT IS A STORE ERROR 
  • We will provide store credit via discount code to your email after we have received your exchange unless you make another purchase for the same item in a different size THEN you will receive a refund via payment source

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM : Once we receive your exchange in hand we will issue you a store credit via email for the price of the item itself AND sales tax, shipping is not refunded. BE SURE to include in your package your merchandise receipt or a separate note with your order # and the words "store credit" or let us know via email
  • IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE : Send merchandise receipt or leave a note with your order # and the words "size exchange" with the size you wish to receive inside your package or let us know via email
  • If it is an error on OUR behalf send shipping receipt with your exchange and we will return this amount to your card
  • items must be in NEW condition WITH ALL TAGS. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you and your card will be charged in order to pay shipping
  • Western Gringa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier customer service team you selected at check out so they can assist you

 * Items sell fast so be prepared for a store credit if you do not return your exchange within a timely manner
